The Pre-Game Meal was a cooking show that aired on Boston’s regional Comcast SportsNet and was hosted by Shannon Allen, the mother of four children and the wife of basketball great Ray Allen. Shannon Allen taught viewers how to cook tasty and healthy meals intended to bring out the athlete in all of us.
