Anna Cheshire Levitan
Anna Cheshire Levitan is a producer, writer, editor, and celebrity interviewer living in the Boston area. Cheshire Levitan began her career at Scene Magazine as Assistant Editor. In 2004, she was hired by Jason Binn, President and CEO of Niche Media LLC, as Executive Editor of Boston Common magazine. She interviewed Academy Awarding winning actors Morgan Freeman and Forest Whitaker; celebrities Sandra Bullock, Emily Mortimer, Emily Deschanel, Ginnifer Goodwin, Dwayne Johnson, Princess Caroline of Monaco, Duchess Sarah Ferguson of York; and designers Leonardo Ferragamo, Oscar de la Renta, and John Varvatos.
In 2007 she became Fashion Editor-at-Large of Boston Common. Working alongside Danish photographer Soren Mork, among others, Cheshire Levitan conceived and produced shoots on location in New York, Los Angeles, and Boston, including The Citi Performing Arts Center’s Wang Theater, Boston’s historic South Station, The Boston Public Library, Back Bay’s Gamble Mansion, and on the North Shore. She is currently Contributing Editor at Boston Common. Most recently, Cheshire Levitan co-created a weekly style show appearing on New England Cable News (NECN), which she sold to her partner in May 2009.
